Back to School Night and Time for Panther Football

The Saint Mary’s Cheerleaders are already hard at work. They did an opening cheer at the Block Party held after school on August 26 and greeted families at the Fall Family Sports Meeting held the following day. The cheerleaders will be helping out at the Berkeley Lions Club pancake breakfast at the Albany Veterans Memorial before the Solano Stroll on September 11. Thanks, students! Lawrence Puck

A very well-attended annual Back to School Night brought parents to the Saint Mary's campus Thursday evening to follow their students' class schedules, meet teachers, learn more about the curriculum, and greet one another as the new school year moves along. An overview of the 2011-2012 program presented by Principal Pete Imperial opened the event, after which parents listened for the school bell to move from class to class.

Today marks the first Panther football match up, with the team visiting Justin-Siena High School in Napa this afternoon. Go Panthers! Have a great season!
